It’s my privilege and delight to know
Ann-Margret Hovsepian and to have worked
closely with her in recent years.
Ann-Margret has amazing God-given gifts for
writing, editing, and publishing.
One of her most exciting new projects is the
acclaimed Blossom tween girls
BibleZine™ (Thomas Nelson, 2006). As the
lead writer, senior editor, and initial
conceptual designer for that project,
Ann-Margret did a phenomenal job!
On top of that, Ann-Margret has just landed
a contract with Tyndale House to write an
innovative new devotional book for tween
girls (ages 10 to 12) called Designer
Genes due out next year.
Ann-Margret offers everything an editor or
publisher could want not only in sheer
talent and professionalism, but also in
character, integrity, teamwork, and passion
for the things of God.
To say the least, I highly recommend her!

Ann-Margret Hovsepian is one of the finest copy editors I've ever worked with. She did an excellent job for me as copy-editor of Jobboom.com's annual law magazine, Career Verdict. In fact, her hard work on that project has brought her several other freelance jobs with Jobboom.com.
Intelligent, hard-working and extremely thorough in her editing, Ann-Margret is always professional in her manner and attitude. She's flexible with her schedule, meets deadlines, and most importantly, always produces fine work.
I would not hesitate to hire Ann-Margret for another project, and encourage anyone to do the same
— you won't be disappointed.

Ann-Margret has been providing compelling stories to
ChristianWeek for quite a few years. Any assignment we send her way returns with a strong human interest angle. As an editor I admire her ability to make people and events in her part of the world come alive to readers throughout Canada.
Oh yes, I also appreciate that her articles arrive on time and within the assigned word count. CW
is happy to publish her work.

Without exception, as a supplier, I found her to be reliable, willing to accept direction, and open to critique without defensiveness, yet able to defend her point of view. As well she missed no deadlines, and kept me fully appraised of her progress or any potential delays...
As a researcher she gave evidence of being both thorough in documentary research, and adept in interviews. As a writer, she has an excellent command of the language, and obviously more than grasps the fundamentals of structure and flow, including creating strong openings and conclusions.
Her writing is smooth and natural in its
feel, with few missteps... I expect her
reputation to grow as more editors and
others discover her strengths.

former Managing Editor of

When I was searching for a high-quality Christian editor to edit my novel, A Heart Set Free, I was fortunate enough to be put in touch with Ann-Margret Hovsepian.
Ann-Margret proved to be a reliable,
dedicated, efficient and highly skilled
editor. She made changes in my book that
I consider to be inspired. Her
communication with me during the editing
process was ongoing and informative. The
end result was a superior novel. I
highly recommend Ann-Margret.

Ann-Margret has been a
gift to me in her role as the copy editor of
Beyond Ordinary Living magazine. Now
into our second year of working together,
she has met and exceeded my expectations
despite challenging deadlines, responding to
questions (sometimes almost instantly), and
providing impeccable editing!
Her strength may lie
in treating every one of her many projects
as if they were the only work she has. It
was a shock to learn how many things she
manages at once yet does it all with such
accuracy, diligence and grace.
— Ethel Rowntree
Editor of Beyond Ordinary Living

I have had the privilege of publishing Ann's work in The Link & Visitor for several years. I have found her to be eager, hard-working, and conscientious. She takes editorial direction well, writes clearly, and has a good nose for the stories that would be appropriate for our magazine.
Deeply involved in a multi-cultural church
in Montreal, she has developed a strong
network of friends and acquaintances from
many ethnic backgrounds and excels at
telling their stories. She brings to her
work a good understanding of congregational
and faith issues within a conservative
evangelical framework.

Editor of The Link & Visitor
